Flower Subscription FAQ
- This FAQ pertains to our Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly flower subscriptions available year-round. For Farm Fresh Flower Subscriptions April - September, click here.
At time of purchase, please make a note of what day of the week you chose for picking up your bouquet or your delivery date(s).
Can I change my day or week or date of the month?
Yes. We just ask that you email us at info@belfiorefarm.com in 72 hours of the pick up or delivery to make the change for you. However we ask that you do not reschedule every order, once in a while we are happy to modify.
Can I skip an order?
Yes, a skip email must be sent 72 hours before your next charge date.
Can I gift a Subscription?
Yes! When you go to checkout, please fill out their information on the shipping line. Then shoot us an email with details of who to reach out to for scheduling. Be please sure that when you gift a subscription that your recipient is aware of the pick up or delivery schedule and commitment. Our email is info@belfiorefarm.com.
What if I miss pick up?
We will hold onto your flower bouquet or arrangement for 24 hours. After that, your flowers will be considered forfeited.
Do you deliver?
Absolutely! We offer a flat $12 fee for delivery within 20 miles of our storefront in Downtown Lee's Summit.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is currently a flat fee of $12. Each delivery will be $12. Please choose the day of the week you'd prefer to receive your delivery. We may reach out to you to adjust your delivery date so that we may group locations together.
What time will my flowers be delivered?
Bel Fiore Co. delivers between 12 PM and 5 PM. Delivery times are based on our delivery routes and the distance from our shop. During busy times, we may be out delivering flowers until 6:30 PM. We can not guarantee a specific time for standard deliveries.
What if I miss a delivery?
You or the recipient does not need to be home to receive your flowers. If no one answers, your flowers will be left in a safe, shaded area. The delivery driver will call if we are unable to safely deliver your flowers. If we are unable to deliver your flowers, they will be returned to our shop. You then have the option to pick them up or pay for a re-delivery.
How do I cancel my subscription?
