Shop Policies and Waiver of Liability
Flower Orders / Deliveries:
Fresh Material: We reserve the right to make substitutions should a flower be unavailable due to unplanned Mother Nature issues, quality or availability issues. Bel Fiore Co. makes every effort to match requests for certain flowers, sizes, or colors. As we deal in a perishable product, we are at the mercy of mother nature. In the event that we can not honor a request or original ordered item, we will make selections of an equal or higher value.
Accountability:
Once flowers leave our premises, Bel Fiore Co. is no longer responsible for floral arrangements and/or décor.
Deliveries:
- Please do your best to confirm that your flower recipient will be at the delivery location, or that there is a safe (secure space, protected from weather) to leave the flowers. In the event that we cannot leave the flowers, we will bring them back to the shop so your recipient can pick them up.
- We do not make second delivery attempts, so please ensure your recipient will be at the delivery location on your selected delivery day!
- If we are delivering to a hospital - For employees, please provide their department information and position. For patients, please ensure that the recipient will be there and IS able to accept flowers. If a patient is in the ICU, they may not be able to accept flowers.
- We do NOT allow people to send flowers anonymously.
- There are no returns for customers when recipients refuse or are unable to receive a delivery.
- All Sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds. If you have any issues with your flower order, we require 48 hour notice. After 48 hours, we are unable to offer assistance.
- Quality: We pride ourselves on the freshness of our flowers. Some flowers do last longer than others. If there is a question of quality, please let us know within 24 hours of the delivery. In most cases we will replace the arrangement or bouquet. No replacements or refunds will be issued after this period.
Merchandise:
All of our merchandise is sold as-is and all sales are final. One exception: shirts or dog bandanas can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of purchase. Item must still have tags and be in new condition. Should a replacement not be available we will issue a refund.
Plants: Once a plant leaves our premises, it is on the purchaser to ensure adequate water and light for that plant to thrive.
Subscriptions:
We currently have 2 subscription programs: Farm Fresh Bouquets and our Regular Subscriptions.
Our Farm Fresh Bouquet subscription program by month or entire season can NOT be canceled at any time. To keep prices affordable and due to crop planning, we do not allow cancellations or refunds.
Our Regular Subscription program allows you to order items for delivery on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. You can choose to be charged each time you incur a delivery or pre-buy 3 months worth of flowers for a larger discount.
If you are a delivery customer and we are unable to deliver your subscription, your flowers will be brought back to our store. A $12 re-delivery fee will apply or you may pick up for free.
You may cancel your subscription by contacting us within 72 hours of your next flower delivery.

Workshops:
To host a workshop, we need to meet a 6 person minimum. Should a class not fill, we will either give you a refund, workshop credit, or allow you to transfer to the rescheduled time.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible. For more than 48 hours notice, we can give you credit for another workshop or store credit. IF we are able to fill your spot with another attendee we can transfer your ticket and then issue you a refund. Due to the nature of our workshops and event tickets, we are unable to give credit or a refund for being notified less than 48 hours from the time of the workshop or event.
Waiver of Liability:
Workshops are so much fun, but they are dangerous! Sharp snips, thorns, water on the floor - are just some of the risks of attending a workshop.
Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in a Bel Fiore Co. workshop or event I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bel Fiore Farm & Floral, LLC. or its employees, volunteers and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, risks associated with the use of alcohol; risks associated with the use of alcohol in conjunction with tools or other equipment and participation in the Bel Fiore Co. workshop.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Bel Fiore Co. LLC. and its employees, volunteers and agents HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in the Bel Fiore Co. workshop and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
Severability: The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver and assumption of risks agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Missouri that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
Photo Release: I authorize Bel Fiore Farm & Floral, LLC to use my photo in any manner including but not limited to advertising, display, audio-visual, exhibition or editorial use.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
